- 私法，相对于公法，一般而言指的是规范私权关系、保护私人利益的法律。本课程以私法的英语表达方式为主要授课内容，以热门欧美律政剧为媒介，要介绍法律英语的基本表达方式，通过英律政美剧学习英美法律体系、合同法、公司法等基础法律常识，在欣赏视频中习得法律英语。
